Welcome to Dental Plus - DB Dental Limited. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our dental services, the purchase of our products and your participation in any promotions we offer. Dental Services
a. Appointments: All dental services are provided by appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled without sufficient notice (e.g., less than 24 hours). Details of our cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking and are available upon request.
b. Treatment Plans: Following an examination, we will provide you with a proposed treatment plan and an estimate of costs. You will be required to consent to the treatment plan before any significant work commences.
c. Payment for Services: Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to you. Unpaid accounts may be subject to collection fees and interest as permitted by New Zealand law.
d. Patient Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical and dental history information, promptly informing us of any changes to this information, following pre- and post-treatment instructions, and attending scheduled appointments.
e. Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information you provide to us, including your personal details and medical history, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to promptly inform us of any changes to this information.
Dental Products
a. In-Store Sales: All dental products are sold exclusively in-store at our premises. We do not currently offer online sales or delivery of products.
b. Product Information: We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and information for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
c. Returns and Refunds: Our policy on returns and refunds for dental products is in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please retain your proof of purchase.
Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes
a. General: From time to time, Dental Plus may offer promotions, contests, and sweepstakes (collectively, "Promotions"). These Promotions may be conducted via our Website, Social Media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.), or in-store.
b. Specific Terms: Each Promotion will be subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the Promotion's announcement. Unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion terms, Promotions are open only to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Compliance with NZ Legislation and Professional Standards: All Promotions, including giveaways of services or products, will be conducted in strict compliance with relevant New Zealand legislation, including but not limited to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Gambling Act 2003 (where applicable to sweepstakes/lotteries). Crucially, all Promotions involving dental services will also adhere to the professional and ethical guidelines set forth by the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ) and any other relevant regulatory bodies.
